Flawlegs — Returns & Refunds Policy (US, UK, AU, CA)

 

We offer a 14-day return window for change-of-mind returns. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn;

  • With all original tags/packaging;

  • In the same condition you received it;

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Color variation: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for color differences caused by screen/monitor or device display settings. Product images are illustrative; minor shade variations are normal.

How to Start a Return

Email contactflawlegs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with return authorization and instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).
Do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess and resolve promptly (replacement, repair, or refund as required by law).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items and gift cards;

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., hosiery/tights) that have been opened, tried on, or worn—unless defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Country-Specific Notices

United States & Canada

This policy is in addition to any rights provided by applicable state/provincial consumer laws. Nothing here limits your statutory rights regarding defective products.

United Kingdom

UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases from the day after delivery, and a further 14 days to return the goods, provided items are in original condition.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or tried-on hosiery/tights, unless faulty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Australia

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable rights under the ACL.
